Canine Hoopers Nantwich
Want to try a new activity with your dog and learn some new skills ? Do you have a working breed pet dog that needs an outlet for it's intelligence and energy? Hoopers is a low impact sport which everyone can try. You will learn how to work with your dog to send it around a course of obstacles, using distance handling, which means no running!
No previous experience required but your dog must be comfortable working off lead with other dogs nearby and have reasonable recall.

What is hoopers for dogs?
Canine Hoopers is a relatively new dog sport that is a fun, low impact alternative to agility and is a fabulous way of developing your relationship with your dog. Dogs learn to negotiate courses of hoops, barrels, tunnels and Touch and Go Mats. As an Accredited Canine Hoopers UK Instructor (ACHUKI) I also run the Good Hoopers Award Scheme so you have the chance to gain some lovely rosettes! 6 week 1-1 and group programmes available near Nantwich.
Who can do canine hoopers?
The beauty of Canine Hoopers, is that due to handling your dog from a distance, unlike dog agility, you do not have to run with your dog. This means that canine hoopers courses are accessible to more people that want to try something new with their dog. Warning : It is very addictive and lots of fun. Anyone can start – you do not have to have professional hoopers dog training equipment and can get started with equipment from around your house and garden.
Where can I do hoopers dog training in Nantwich?
We have a dog training barn and secure field just outside of Nantwich, Cheshire where the hoopers dog training takes place. To keep our location secure, we send full details once a place has been booked.
